MIGLIO COMPANY LIMITED (Company Registration number 4425459), a company incorporated in England and Wales and having its registered office at Henhayes House, 29A Market Street, Crewkerne, Somerset, TA18 7JU  (“MIGLIO”), who contract E-NABLE to host this website and who use this website to publish information about their business;

The ‘Publisher’, being:

Catherine Bancroft-Rimmer, a private individual residing in Brighton, East Sussex, who uses the facilities and content supplied by the Providers to promote their involvement in Miglio’s business activities as an independent consultant.

1.2 The Providers and the Publisher are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains how any information this website collects about you, is used. 

2. Information collected

When using this website to submit an enquiry or application, your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number and any other information you submit as part of your enquiry, will be regarded as ‘Personal Data’. The Providers and the Publisher may also aggregate information and statistics about your browsing behaviour on the website in order to further develop the website. This aggregate data does not include information that can be used to identify you.

3. How your information is used

Any Personal Data you submit through the website will be used for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry. If we do intend to contact you with further marketing communications, this will be clearly stated at the point at which you submit your details, at which point you will also be provided with an option to opt in or out of any such future communications.
